RETAL PA has marked ten years of manufacturing in Donora, Pennsylvania, recognising the investment, expertise and people behind its progress, as the team also participated in PACK EXPO International 2026 in Chicago.
Since establishing operations in 2016, the facility has grown from five injection moulding lines to 11, supported by investment in additional warehousing, production technology and its workforce. This continued development has strengthened RETAL PA's position as a reliable North American PET packaging manufacturing partner for the food and beverage industry.
RETAL PA brought colleagues together for a team lunch attended by representatives of the European management team. Regional Director Olexiy Shapovalov gave a speech recognising the impressive contribution of employees and the progress made over the past decade. Ten team members who have worked at RETAL PA since its first year also received special recognition.
The company's participation at PACK EXPO International, held in Chicago from 18–21 October, provided a timely opportunity to demonstrate these capabilities and connect with packaging customers and industry partners.
At the exhibition, representatives from RETAL PA and the wider European team shared expertise in PET preform design, processing, material selection, lightweighting and recycled PET. With access to more than 800 proven packaging designs and the technical resources of the multinational RETAL Group, the Donora team combines local manufacturing responsiveness with international knowledge and experience.
