RETAL publishes eighth Sustainability Report

Plastic packaging manufacturer RETAL has published its eighth annual Sustainability Report, sharing its environmental, social and governance performance for 2025.

The report reflects RETAL’s approach to sustainability as a journey of continual development, with practical actions across its operations supporting both its own long-term performance and the sustainability goals of its customers.

A key 2025 achievement is RETAL’s inclusion in the CDP Climate Change Leaders list, recognising its approach to climate disclosure and action.

Providing customers with reliable product-level environmental data remains an important focus. RETAL uses the Pilario life-cycle assessment modelling tool, including a PET-specific module, supporting customers in understanding the impact of different material, recycled content and production choices.

Renata Smataviciene, Quality & Sustainability Director at RETAL, says, “Our eighth Sustainability Report demonstrates the value of continually developing our approach. We are proud of the progress we have made while recognising that sustainability requires ongoing work, measurement and improvement. By strengthening our own business and working closely with our customers, we continue to identify practical opportunities to make a positive difference.”
