We urge the person or ‘whistleblower’ to provide as detailed as possible description of the matter to allow a proper investigation.
All concerns may be expressed anonymously. However, whistleblowers are encouraged to provide contact details since it may help the investigation and allow RETAL to inform them of the results. If provided, RETAL will endeavour to maintain confidentiality on the whistleblower’s identity, unless otherwise specified by the law.
If the whistleblower is a RETAL employee, he/she will not be retaliated in any way for the report being made in good faith.
All concerns will be addressed properly according to the company’s policies.
INTERNAL REPORTING CHANNELS
RETAL companies operating in the European Union are subject to the legislation transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.
The obliged companies have established their internal reporting channels and procedures for internal reporting and follow-up in accordance with respective local regulations.
Interested parties may obtain information concerning such channels from the policies and procedures adopted by the companies.
